Brittany Hastings is a freelance photographer for Alternative Press. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with an M.A. in French and Francophone Literature (2013) and Manchester Metropolitan University with a PGCE in Secondary MFL with QTS (French and Spanish, 2015). She is currently blogging on Franco-African identity, immigration and racial politics in preparation to apply for her PhD.
